INTEGRA Cardiology

Remote Cardiology & Heart-Failure Management

INTEGRA Cardiology develops useful, realistic telehealth services that reduce the need for hospital admissions and institutional care, and encourage early discharge.
The Challenge

General objectives

Two sets of customisations support general cardiology and heart failure, with flexible device integration defined by each medical team.

Flexible device integration

Integrate many different devices according to each patient’s needs, as defined by the medical team.

Guidance & response

Provide easy-to-use instruction and feedback on care processes, and respond to potential emergency situations.

Intelligent analysis

Provide analysis and reasoning that removes some of the burden of information interpretation from health professionals.

Consultative support

Include consultative support for the care organisation and others involved in implementing the solution.
How It Works

The solution is composed of four main components

All components are integrated into one system — delivering a complete solution for remote monitoring.

Connectivity to wearables & sensors

Sensors measure the clinical variables cardiologists consider essential — activity, weight, blood pressure, pulmonary congestion, heart rate and rhythm, and therapeutic compliance.

Patient app & connectivity

A coaching app linked to wearables and sensors leverages self-care, with condition validation, tailored interfaces, and PRO questionnaires.

Communication & intelligence tools

A system-intelligence component supports automatic analysis and communication between patients, formal and informal caregivers.

Mobile & web portals

A front-end for formal and informal caregivers with role-based permissions, access to medical data, and an alert dashboard.
